A
wonderful evening of words and music. Celia Bryce and her band, had the large
audience captivated with her short stories, singing and playing. Prose readings
with the added musical dimension are a very effective way of presenting live literature
as an 'entertainment experience'. And Celia and Co carried it off brilliantly
in a way that had the audience wanting more. |
At
the end, the South Shields library folk presented their 'traditional thank you'
to Celia in the form of a beautiful framed picture. But it still wasn't the end
of the evening, with wine and tasty food bites to follow, and plenty of opportunity
for networking. For more information, or to buy: Headlines
